Magic the Gathering: So i found an old box

I never really played Magic the Gathering and I was going thru boxes of my old stuff and found about 200-275 cards a friend of mine gave me. All of them are at least nine years old and I dont know what's valuable and what's not.

Any suggestions about prices? What's valuable? Where should I go?

Or should I just ask a bunch of magic the gathering players " which is the best star wars movie?" and give them all to them?

I'd check StarCityGames for prices.

First of all, check the expansion symbols to see roughly how old they are, and then perhaps we can see if there's any money there. If they're 9 years old or so, that would make them Invasion or Odyssey block.

A quick search turns up Orim's Chant, Entomb, Pernicious Deed, and Vindicate as relatively valuable cards.

You could also try asking the Magic the Gathering thread in this sub-forum, if it's still around.
