This will be all snarky commentary. Because I am the snarkiest of snarky people.

Nuzlocke Rules:

One 'mon per route.
If it's KO'd, it belongs in the box.
Set Battle Style.
8 Items per Mart, barring Viridian. (YUNO HAVE POKE BALLS?)
MERCY RULE: 3 Revives allowed, chosen by the viewers. Only 3 Revives EVER though.

Let's go with Spoink, then. I don't know or remember anything about it, but the game has a point. Its pearl is very shiny indeed.

Also, that was totally mock-offense. I don't feel having an internet penis, even a small one, is terribly lady-like. Besides, why do we have to use your sex's sexual characteristics as points of comparison anyway? Or any, come to that. It seems rather sexist.

So I picked Spoink then wasted like ten minutes getting screenshots of every Moemon in Route 22, Route 1, Viridian City, Route 2, and Viridian Forest.

There are like 20-30 different types. :smalleek:

Give me a bit to post an update, I have to actually get plot.

Yeah I used and have been using photobucket for both my runs and my fire emblem games without severe problems. And any problems usually clear up in a few hours.

My problem was that CHROOOOOME opens only mobile photobucket.

I have a post running in firefox with the screenshots and commentary being pasted in right now. :smallsmile:

I HIGHLY recommend VBA-M. It has much better sound quality, better throttle (600% or so on Pokeman games, 400-500 on Metroidvanias).

See, my plot would have used all the glitches in the game to advance itself. Arceus would have taken over RED's best friend, BLUE, who is your rival. Oak was supposed to be her like number one supporter, and Red is a jaded dude, cause he and his mother fled Kanto because of the 'contests'. It would have advanced slowly, and I had a CMoA after one of Red's moemon died, where Blue takes over Arceus for just a few minutes and tells him to "Get up. Stop loafing around like a brat Red. You're the only one left now! You've got to beat her! You've got to fulfill my - no... It's not really my dream anymore is it? You've got to fulfill our dream! For our friends that died! For this world that's being controlled! Just get up and move!"

It would have been awesome. But alas, it was not meant to be.

Swablu is also located in Pewter City. :smallbiggrin: With Nosepass.

I know it's not strictly 'core', but I'd definitely go for the no duplicates rule. You'll avoid ending up with a team of, like, Bidoofs or what have you.

Newest update is going a bit slow because I'm debating turning this into a real Nuzlocke:

EG; I play the game, then draw mediocre comics to show my journey. However, I've also been distracted by Skyward Sword and homework stuff.

I'm gonna go play Skyward Sword for a bit, then do some of my homework (Poem summary and "use the lines of the poem while writing as a character!") and then work on the newest update.

This will go to Brock. Which means I must grind to Level 18. :smallsigh:

As I walked in, my eyes scanned the area. The place was sort of a sty, notes strewn all over the floor, and in the center of the room, stood a Clefairy.

It was a shock, to say the least. After being surrounded by these dames in the shapes of monsters, seeing a real, honest to god abomination was refreshing.

But what Arceus said came back to me, her ancient voice mixing with the younger voice of my old friend like a barman mixing his drinks.

"Now he will be trapped as a pokemon for all eternity."

...Could she really do that? Could she do that to someone who had done nothing wrong, merely invented a way to store beings of unimaginable power?

I spoke to him, and then the horror began to set in.

I'd heard about those guys. But I was surprised he admitted it so freely. Pokemaniacs were a society, a secret society, of course.

They were the ones who wanted to bring the Legends to the ground. I had been one, for a time, a short time.

I'd been one right after Arceus had taken my old friend, and used his voice to set her new terms.

...I did look at him skeptically, I suppose. Because nobody would dare admit that so freely. The Pokemaniacs were dangerous to the Leaders. They captured the Leaders' closest friends - and used them against the Leaders, in battles to the death.

I clenched my fists, sending a dark glare at Bill. I wished, I wished so hard that I could be a Pokemaniac. But I had something that most of them didn't have - The Inner Eye. My eyes showed me the true form of the beings around me, but that didn't matter as much as what else it did.

It let me hear them. Hear their voices as they cried out in pain, cursed my name, my face, my soul. And I couldn't turn it off, ever. The horror that was Bill's inner self was shown to me.

Not a man, but not a monster. Something in between. An abomination to everything.

But when I looked into his eyes, they burned like fire. His eyes were like two pieces of hot coal that pierced straight through you. However, unlike my eyes, it was merely a metaphorical piercethrough, not a literal one.

"...You shouldn't admit it so freely. People could die from that knowledge Bill."

The abomination arched an eyebrow.

...That wasn't his voice. That wasn't the monster's voice either. It was the one being that stalked my every move, mocking me with it's words.

"...Leave him. He's not the one you want. you know that, don't you?"

The abomination laughed, Bill's happy laugh mixing fluidly with the monster's laugh.

But that sound was overlapped by the voice of the being, its laugh as cold and cruel as ice.

And the voice vanished as quickly as it came.
