there are 2 3.5 specific apps that I have found that I have installed on my phone:
spellbook (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.zalzala.spellbook&feature=search_result)
d20 character sheet (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.android.ash.charactersheet&feature=search_result)

happy rolling

Find yourself a good PDF display program, one that lets you have multiple documents open at once on tabs. You can have a lot of reference materials open at once this way.

On the iPad I use iAnnotate. I think ezPDF by Unidocs comes close for Android tablets, as I think they added a tabbed reading feature. Check it out first, though.

If you have a WindowsPhone 7, then you can try the SpellsApp
- Link To SpellsApp - (http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=d677707d-5f39-4b00-b3a9-75866d3382af)

http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=d677707d-5f39-4b00-b3a9-75866d3382af

It can keep track of characters, and it has a dice roler etc...

On that topic: are there any 3.5 game apps? Since the SRD is open content I was thinking some third party might have thrown one together?

You mean as in rulebooks covering the SRD? Not really, as there are multiple well done online SRD websites.

There are plenty of smaller apps (like an app to keep track of summoned creature), but they're pretty niche.
