"Use whatever smite ability you have" sounds pretty unambiguous to me.

EDIT: Misread, but yeah I'd say all of them.

Just a note, Pious Templar isn't actually smite evil. I'm looking at Complete Divine at the moment and the ability is simply smite. It does say that having either a paladin's smite evil or a cleric's Destruction domain smite ability grant an extra use of it per day, however the ability is not keyed to an alignment.
