First of all, dude, wrong subforum. Second:

Uruh-kai
+8 str darkvision 120ft
+2 dex
+4 racial bonus on hide checks
+4 con
+4 racial bonus to intimidate checks
-2 Int at night they heal double there level in health
-2 wis
-4 cha uruh-kai weapons increase the damage die by 1 ( 200gp)
LA +1
NOOOO. That's a net +6 on stat modifiers, plus a total +8 to two skills for LA +1. Hell, it's a penalty to all mentals for huge bonuses to physicals. Somebody get the antibiotics, 'cause this race just got diagnosed with one horrible case of the brokens.

Collectors
-6 str
-4 dex
-4 con
+8 Int
+8 Wis
+6 cha
mindblank constantly (Amulet they have, goes along with backstory of the race)
change shape at will
+5 to caster level checks
+5 to all knowledge's
+ 5 to spellcraft
LA+5

It's an LA +5 race; nobody's playing it anyway, so I won't bother with a critique.

Eldar

+6 dex
+2 con
+4 Int
+4 wis
+4 cha
darkvision 120ft
triple low-light
+4 to spot, listen and search checks
automatic seach check for secert doors
LA+3
Again, no one's taking this. Simple stat adjustments never justify that kind of LA for casters anyway, so what's the point?

dragdar

+6 str
+6 dex
+6 con
+8 Int
+8 wis
+8 cha
fly 80ft (good)
natural armor +4
blindsense 30ft
darkvision 60ft
double low-light
LA +6
Not gonna repeat myself. This is just ridiculously high LA.

noreus's Aka taller dwarves
+4 str
+6 con
+2 Int
darkvision 60ft
stability
LA+1
That's... that's a +12 stat bonus for LA +1.

My god.

Idine
+4 str
+2 dex
+4 con
+ 6 cha
low-light vision
+2 to all cha skills
LA +2
LA +2 for... +16 total stat modifiers. No.

dunidine

+2 str
+2 con
+4 cha
extra feat at first level
low-light vision
LA +1
...So, you took Humans, gave them a net +8 to stats, and slapped an LA +1 on there. Yeah... no.

Sorry for the post if needing to be in a different sub-forum thread.

As for the races, we tend to have high level and stat games. The DM has us roll 1d10 and add 10. Thats the ability score we use.

Also, I told him the stat bonuses were really high for the low LA races.

As for the the "no one is going to use the race due to high LA" the DM is giving us a free +2 LA to use, so everything is lessened by 2 essentially.

Broken is definitely going to happen in this campaign, as I myself am going to use a:
Large Half Minotaur Uruh-Kai Dragonborn. For a LA of +3. Gonna get something like +24 to str and +12 to con. Other scores will be taking penalties but who cares when I'm going to be a Warhulking Hurler.

Yeah no offense to your campaign but none of these are balanced (either too strong or too weak) and none of them do anything particularly unique to warrant being statted out (instead of subbed in with other races' statblocks).

Stat modifiers are utterly boring especially compared to class levels, and for the most part this is all these races seem to be about. They serve no productive game purpose. Even implementing the overpowered melee ones would only serve the awful purpose of making featureless, optionless level adjustment appealing over real class levels, reducing the variety and versatility the character brings to the table. In order for them to meaningfully alter the game, they need special racial features.

edit: If your campaign is "high power", just increase the stats arbitrarily. Cut out the middle man. There's no point to these things here.

All of these are a far cry from being balanced. I'd toss them, if I were your DM.
