We're starting a new campaign for the new year (Serpent Skull, for those interested). A few of the players, myself included, have a few questions.
We are a reasonably low-op group. Most of what is chosen is for flavor reasons.
1) One player wishes to play an Assimar/Nymph descendant. We attempted to make this work by making the character an Assimar and giving her the "Adopted" trait, for which the DM has let her take the ability to use a homebrew variant of "Blinding Beauty" 1/day.
Is there an easier way to do this that anyone can think of?
2) One player wishes to play a Kuo-Toa, whom you might recall from the Forgotten Realms. The DM found a homebrew Sepentfolk race. Does anyone have a good experience with a homebrew serpent-race or know of a published race that might fit this desire?
