I am currently assisting a friend of mine in creating a wizard who is a dispel magic expert. I am advising him to be a specialist wizard variant from the unearthed arcana so he can spontaneously cast dispel magic and go into master specialist so he can get the bonus equal to half his master specialist level to said spell and to take elven spell lore for an additional plus 2 to said roll. I am curious if there are any other feats or classes that could add a bonus to said spell?
