Namely, what feats are best for optimizing the use of the wonderful, ever-useful Blasphemy spell?

What level? Not really a feat based approach, but if you temporarily drop your CL to 1 (hold a bunch of holy/unholy arrows), use circle magic to get your CL to 40, then drop the arrows, that's CL 59 at level 20. Cast and persist greater consumptive field, feed it with summoned monsters or bags of tricks and you're all set.

Any level pre-epic. I'm working on a gestalt character and I was curious.
Wiz 5/Ur-Priest 2/Defiler of Temples (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Defiler_of_Temples_(3.5e_Prestige_Class)) 5/Divine War Weaver 1 || Binder 5/Anima
Mage 8

The War Weaver level could be switched out for something else if it helps.

Dual progressions and dual prestige classes are allowed? How well does this fit what you're going for?

Wizard5/ur-priest2/theurge8/halruaan elder5//binder7/bard1/anima mage2/sublime chord2/anima mage+8

9th level wizard spells, 9th level sublime chord spells, 9th level ur-priest spells, 8th level vestiges. And circle magic.

That's quite nice, although sadly Circle Magic is off limits. The character is also level 13, with 20 being quite a ways off, so I want him strong sooner rather than later. The goal here is optimizing his spells/abilities and blasphemy at the current level, though any future recommendations are of course welcome.

On that note, what feats do you recommend to compliment class choice? We get one per level.

Hm, well, at 4th level anima mage lets you use a metamagic feat for free once a day. If you use that to persist consumptive field (greater or regular, your choice), you can still pull off a great caster level. This thread (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872350/Raising_Caster_Level) also has a handy list of CL increasing goodies that can soup up blasphemy. If you use temporary CL boosters to throttle the CL at which you cast consumptive field, then you can get it to provide a higher bonus, even after those temporary boosters wear off. Otherwise you don't need to change anything about what I posted, except to take the second level of sublime chord at level 14, and the 3rd and 4th levels of anima mage at levels 12 and 13. Halruaan elder can be replaced with any arcane prc of your choice. Because defiler of temples doesn't specify that it advances arcane or divine (despite requiring divine), you could use that replace halruaan elder.

And one feat per level? Holy bat cowman! It depends greatly on what you want to do. Do you want to obliterate things with metamagicked spells? Be sneaky?

Well the character himself is a bitter loner who feels the gods har forsaken him (Ur-Priest) and so turns to vestiges for power. He isn't the sneaky type. He is more the "inflict countless evils upon your person then take your soul as a trophy" type. Metamagic and debuffs will be his primary purpose, with (possibly) summons or buffs as support.

And yeah, one feat per level. Makes prereqs much easier. :D

Sooo...

Any feat advice?

Divine Spell Power. Blow turn attempts to boost CL. Add in tons of ways to increase number of turn attempts, including a horde of Nightsticks.

Shouldn't take much to boost your CL to something that nothing will be able to withstand.

Optionally, if you want to ignore SR, pick up Arcane Disciple (Evil), then Archmage and select Blasphemy as your SLA, then Supernatural Transformation to make it a (Su) ability, not (Sp), and proceed to slaughter everything with no save, no sr, no attack roll, no immunities... just dienowkkthxbai.
