which subforum for the legend system?

for the legend system that's recently out, which subforum is most appropriate?
While its d20-ish, it really doens't feel like 3.5 at all, feels a lot more like 4;
or maybe it should be put in the Other category;
So i'll just ask which forum is most fitting for it instead.

Right now there's a Legend thread in the 3.5 section (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=223875), since the subforum description says it's for "any fantasy game using the d20 system or a variant thereof (commercially published or not)." Of course, if that's not right, the mods can move it.

I believe Rule of Cool is looking into getting their own forum next year as well.

It's a d20 system. D20 is broad, and includes very non D&D games, such as d20 modern, Mutants and Masterminds, and Spycraft.

It's funny you should mention that, though, since Mutants and Masterminds is explicitly in the Older D&D/AD&D and Other Systems section. The cut off is that for the 3.5 forum it needs to be fantasy-based, apparently.
