Scion - Fight With Your Head

Scion: Ragnarok is possibly one of the best supplements in the history of gaming, ever. However, in classic White Wolf fashion, a couple of flaws scuff the finish, one of which is the incredibly vague wording on the knack Fight With Your Head. Thus it is that I ask you, the Playground, this question - how the hell should I rule the function of this Knack so it can be used without being broken.
