Is there a consolidated list of all the web-only prestige classes and game rules that have appeared on the WotC site? I think I've got all of them, but I might have missed a couple so I'd like to be sure.

By "web-only," I mean things like the Swiftblade which never appeared in print. And by other game rules, I mean stuff like the Wild Cohort feat (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20031118a), but not pure fluff-based analyses of game worlds, like most of the articles. The site's organization doesn't appear to make this distinction, so it's rather difficult to sift through it all.

Thanks in advance.

There's a list of most, if not all, the web content here. (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=1109.0) But as for splitting out the stuff that isn't in a book, you may have to do that yourself.

That list is missing a few though. Off the top of my head I know it's missing the Arcane Duelist (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20030224a).

To be fair, that is from a previous edition of the game (3.0), so not current.

But, as I've seen you point out before, all 3.0 content that has not been updated with 3.5 material is still valid and legal to play in 3.5, thus 3.0 = still current. So I don't really see that as a meaningful distinction.

The guide doesn't include 3.0 material, that's all.

And while all 3.0 material is legal, it also all requires DM approval. It's a bit more explicit on this point than with regular splats.

In fairness, it's no great loss.

Actually, you've seem me modify that claim, repeatedly. The 3.5 Dungeon Master's Guide says this on page 4:

This is an upgrade of the d20 System, not a new edition of the game. This revision is compatible with all existing products, and those products can be used with the revision with only minor adjustments.
(There's a similar statement on page 4 of Player's Handbook.) All 3.0 material may be subject to "minor adjustments" before it's ready for a D&D 3.5 game.

Examples: here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=12429595&postcount=31), here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=12228766&postcount=4), here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=10540794&postcount=837), here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8684804&postcount=24), here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7396848&postcount=15), here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5538986&postcount=18), and here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2821924&postcount=57).

Most unupdated 3.0 material may be adjusted to work in a 3.5 game; that's perfectly legal. However, that's not that same as "current". You cannot ignore the RAW requirement for whatever minor adjustments are necessary to account for the differences from 3.0 to 3.5 rules.
