[3.0?/3.5?] High Psionics by Dreamscarred Press: What/How is it?

My friend is looking at buying a PDF for the High Psionics Compilation (http://paizo.com/products/btpy81a8?High-Psionics-Compilation-Volume-1)(or possibly a partial version) from Dreamscarred Press. I've heard that DSP gets a good rep when it comes to psionics so I was hoping to get some thoughts if anyone has tried it. We're not sure if this is 3.0, 3.5, or what though. We play 3.5 so compatibility would be the issue we're most concerned with. Anyone know if it works with 3.5 with minimal to no adjustment? We ask because it seems to have been published in the time of 3.5 but posts copyright information for what appears to be an older version than the current SRD. Beyond that, experiences with the book's material and such would be helpful.

Edit: After further examination of the copyrights involved it appears that they do in fact match the current SRD. I'm pretty sure it's fully compatible with 3.5, though confirmation would be nice. Opinions on the book would still be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what all is in that particular collection, but you can always check out their SRD (http://dsp-d20-srd.wikidot.com/) to get an idea of the stuff they've been making for 3.5. That material might even be there for all I know.
