The 4E Robo?

Long story short, I'm going to be playing in a special 4E game, and I thought I would ask: How would you make a 4E PC in the spirit of the character 'Robo' from Chrono Trigger?

Clearly, he will be a Warforged, but what class would he be? Fighter? Warden? Monk?

Warforged Wardens are fun, if for nothing else than the "Transformer" aspect, plus there are some lightning-themed forms you can make good use of. Obviously some reflavoring is ideal (Thorn Strike becomes Rocket Punch, etc). Wardens also have the necessary bulk and healing (albeit self-healing) that Robo's known for.

Robo's abilities:
Rocket Punch (Launch fist at an enemy.)
Cure Beam (Restore a small amount of HP to an ally)
Laser Spin (Attack all enemies with laser)
Robo Tackle (Charge and attack an enemy)
Heal Beam (Restore a small amount of HP to all allies)
Rapid-fire Fist (Barrage an enemy with rocket punches)
Proximity Bomb (Blast surrounding enemies)
Electrocute (Zap all enemies with electricity)

Pretty versatile little bugger.
A couple of ranged attacks (rocket punch, rapid fire punch)
A couple heals(heal and cure)
Several area attacks (laser spin, prox bomb, electrocute)

Sorcerer with a leader MC, perhaps?

Baladin. Totally a Baladin. Warforged make better Straladins out of the box, but with that suite of abilities, I'm not seeing anything better than a Baladin.

I see a few options:
Archer warlord with whatever weapon you're using refluffed as rocket punch.
Monk|cleric hybrid.
Con-based warlock with artificer multiclass or warlock|artificer hybrid.
