I decided to use the 3.0 DMG sample dungeon, its actually rather massive when you really put it to scale :P.

It should serve my 2nd level group well enough for an entire session.
The pictures are huge, so that's why they are in spoiler tags. I was going to put it all together, but its soo massive, that I don't think I have room to do that unless I move some tables. I just wanted it to scale so I can unfold the dungeon as the group does it, and now I have custom pieces I can use for future dungeon possibly.
Its just cardboard :)
