Suggestions for Running the Harrowing? [Pathfinder]

I'm getting ready to run my players through the Harrowing module for Pathfinder. I've got a Harrowing deck, and several characters we're converting from 3.5, who'll all be level 9 by the time the adventure starts. They are: Male Paladin 2/Cleric 3/ Human Paragon 3; Female Archivist 8 / Human Paragon 1; Male Wizard 6 / Human Paragon 1; Female Spirit Shaman 8 / Human Paragon 1, Male Duskblade 8 / Human Paragon 1; and Elf Ranger 9.

Any suggestions for preparation to make sure that the Harrowing adventure runs smoothly without any embarrassing DM stalls? (Besides the obvious 'read it three times' pointers!)
