According to the books of Pathfinder, the item description of the Boots of Springing and Striding have an enhancement bonus. Does anyone know what this bonus is? I assume it's +1 due to the cost of the item. But I just needed some clarification. Thanks!

Not that kind of enhancement bonus. It's a +10 enhancement bonus to your speed. All this means is that it doesn't stack with other enhancement bonuses to speed, such as a monk's fast movement. It's just a type of bonus, like competence or insight. It works like a Belt of Strength and a Bull's Strength spell. They're both enhancement bonuses, so they overlap.
