This is actually also a request by Pyromancer999, but at last, the finale. The conjurer-only spell, and my 94th homebrew. I hope you all enjoyed this rush of inspiration.

Obedient Servant
Conjuration (Creation)
Level: Conjurer 9
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 full round action
Effect: One servant
Range: Close
Duration: 1 hour/level

As you touch the creature's remains, you create a monster of your very own, one that will serve you faithfully for as long as it lives.

You call into existence any creature you wish. The creature appears anywhere within the designated range at the conclusion of the spell and may act immediately. It serves you faithfully and unerringly for the duration of the spell, and may follow any commands its Intelligence score allows it to comprehend. (You must share a language with the creature to command it, otherwise it will simply stand still and wait for you to command it)

You may create any creature you have had access to, provided its CR is lower than your caster level or your HD, whichever is lower.

This spell may not be used to create multiple copies of a specific creature, such as the tarrasque. You may only use this spell to replicate a specific creature if the original is dead, and if you do, you may not create another one until the duration of the first spell expires.

Arcane Material Component: Skin, feathers, blood, saliva, etc, any DNA of the creature you wish to create. You may not harvest these components from a creature created by this spell.

This spell made be made permanent via the permanency spell. The XP cost is 1000x the creature's CR.

Perfect Servant (Epic)
Prerequisites: Conjurer, Spell Focus (Conjuration), Able to cast obedient servant
Benefit: Any creature you create with an Intelligence score of 3 or higher with the obedient servant spell may be created with class levels of your choice, as long as it meets all requirements (including alignment requirements) and its total HD does not exceed your HD or caster level, whichever is lower. (For example, if you were a 21st level conjurer and you cast obedient servant, you could create a 15th level minotaur barbarian, since it would have 6 racial hit dice and 15 class levels).
Normal: Any creature you make with obedient servant may only have racial hit dice.

Neat! I like the idea of being able to make clones of defeated enemies, rather than just undead.

Thank you.

This whole "specialist" things has me wondering though: how useful would it be to be capable of treating yourself as a summoned creature? You could Augment summoning, get the benefit of cloudy conjuration...

Yeah that would be kinda funny. Only when you teleport, of course. Then it's just like you summoned yourself. And the benefits last for one round per CL. That'd be cool.

I actually see this as being somewhat underpowered for a 9th level specialist spell, mostly due to the fact that the duration is so short. There's not a lot that this servant can do in that time frame that you couldn't do with lesser spells. I'd say boost the duration to minutes/level or more, or just lower the spell's level to Conj8, or even Conj7.

Fair point. Upgraded to 1 hour/level.

Edit: Updated with some restrictions to prevent armies of tarrasques, as well as to prevent the cheapness of harvesting components from creatures you create.

Excellent Quality, Sir. Bravo!

Still, can they be created with class levels? Just wondering.

They can now, if they take the Perfect Servant feat.

Awesome. I'd definitely take that feat if I were a spellcaster with this spell.

Still, I can't help but imagine a spell like this might be used by a lonely conjurer who wants a girlfriend or boyfriend, as I presume this can be used to duplicate humans.

It can't be used to replicate specific humans, but yes, you can create a generic person with it.

.....Hmm.....Just wondering, could it be used to create a gender-opposite version of a person? It's replicating a specific person, yet not. If so, I think I might have use for it in a high-powered short campaign I might participate in.

It's up to your DM, I suppose.

True enough. Still, once again, well done.

No problem! Like my signature says, I always accept requests, and I never turn them down. As of now, I am 3 for 3, and 2 of you have been pretty satisfied, while the 3rd has yet to comment. I consider that good service.
