Hello, just a fast question,

For a beguiller, does extra spell allow me to take any other spell ? like a teleport or some transmutation spell ?

Ask your DM. The rules are ambiguous at best.

*waits for debate to ensue anyway*

Extra spell allow you to add a spell from your spell list to your spell known (There is an official FAQ answer that states it clearly).

So FAQ says you can't.

But keep in mind that your DM has the right to change anything.

Extra spell allow you to add a spell from your spell list to your spell known (There is an official FAQ answer that states it clearly).

So RAW, you can't and RAI, you can't either.

The FAQ has absolutely nothing to do with RAW.

Rules, errata = RAW. FAQ = RAI (and most of the time, really bad RAI).
