So starting a pathfinder campaign. This will be my first time playing pathfinder and first time playing a bard.
Setting is Second Darkness which has been described to me as medeival vegas to the idea of a bard seemed cool.. and then me and my dm started making jokes about being a gnomish prostitute and well... yeah seeing as how gnomes get a +2 to a chosen profession and courtesan is listed in the list of professions seemed to awesome to pass up.
But.... having never played a bard or pathfinder very unsure how to go about making a good one now. It will be point buy system on standard fantasy so only 15 point buy. 3 or 4 other people in group. So far one will be a half-orc barbarian and the other a cleric of the silken temple. Unsure about what else..
Also should say that gnome isnt a neccessity either if halflings better can go that way too.
So what do you suggest? Even for stats im nervous about pumping my charisma up to a 18(16+2) with the point buy as it will suck up my stats..
or should i just play a rogue?
