Common forum acronyms

Hey all! I've checked the FAQ, done a search on the forums themselves, and even browsed by hand, but I can't seem to find a thread that will teach me about some of the acronyms that are used around these parts. Is there even a thread for this sort of thing? It would be nice to have something to put in the blank when I see things like PEACH.

A little hard to find if you don't know where to look...

In the Roleplaying forum, there's a sticky thread named Notable threads (including most formerly stickied RPG threads) (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124685). Thanks! I feel like that's the sort of stuff that ought to be stickied in a Newbie thread, and I was surprised to find that this place doesn't have one!
