[PF] Undead themed items and some rules questions

Hello.

I was wondering if the all knowing collective of GitP would help me here.

1) I'm looking for items that accomplish either of the following:
- increase the number of undead HD that can be controlled(4 x caster level)
- increase the number of undead HD that can be commended(cleric level)
- create undead

2) Can a crag linnorm skeleton fly? I don't see wings. Does that mean it flies magically?

3) How do I know if a creature flies magically in general?

4) Would mystic theurge let a character control more HD undeads?
For example: cleric 3/necromancer 3/mystic theurge 2
would have caster level 5 + 5 = 10
