Favorite monsters around or just above level 10?

My players are edging up on low end of paragon, and I was curious if anyone had any monsters that they really liked building into an encounter.

Drow are always fun. Make sure that the drow characters are the "bosses" and have lots of expendable minions.

Note: they don't have to actually be 1 hp minions, but any kind of stupid brutes, slaves, or constructs who can soak up the PC's fire while the drow use their abilities to hit and run are good.

Especially if you have a party that, say, is made up of eladrin paladins of Kord.
