I was asked today to run a module for my girlfriend and her friends, but i'm completely at a loss for something to run. They are basically testing to see if they like how GM, but I must admit that I find creating an entire world for a possible one-shot a little bit much.

So, in order to appease everyone, I sat down with my (near) complete collection of Dungeon Magazines inorder to find a module, but I am unable to find one suitable. The criteria for the session is that there will be six level 11 pc's (somewhat low on the optimising spectrum) that want a module sans dungeon crawl with a liberal spreading of RP.

Does anyone happen to have an idea on what might fit what everyone wants?

Sunless citadel. First to second level and they will probably love Meepo.

You might look at "Shadowdale: The Scouring Of The Land". There's an overview page with excerpts here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20070718a) where you can download 4 encounters from the module.
