Sample dragons in the 3.5 MM question

Did they just copy them over from the 3.0 Monster Manual? Because some of the spells on sample dragons (red dragon example...) like "emotion" and "protection from elements" don't exist in 3.5.

MMI has errata that addresses at least some of this.
