Trying to find a specific weapon...

I remember seeing a net in some book that actually deals damage rather than just entangling the target. I believe it was called a bladed net or barbed net or something like that, but I've been unable to actually find it again. If anyone could help me with finding that, I'd be most grateful.

I remember it too, it may be a razor net.

However i can assure you that kind of net exist.
