Help me find a feat

I can't seem to find the feat I'm looking for. It let you select a metamagic feat and reduce the level increase by one. Please aid me with your vast repositories of knowledge.

Easy metamagic, from Dragon Magazine #325. Races of the Dragon has an equivalent that's inferior due to its pre reqs.
