Odd problem with a thread. First post not showing up.

http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228208 In this thread, the first post isn't showing up, and the usual method of making the post show up(Clicking reply, then seeing if it's something you want to respond to before posting) doesn't work. Clicking on Reply just gives an "Invalid thread specified" error.

Not sure what the problem is here. It's not my thread, but it'd be nice to know what to do for future reference.

As far as I'm aware, it's proper form in this specific case for the OP to PM a mod and explain the situation, then ask for permission to repost the thread.

They can just go ahead and repost it (but please wait a while for things to calm down) then contact me directly to have the non functioning one investigated and removed.
