How much effort would it take to add a button for quoting a post to the "reply to thread" screen? I'm thinking a button in the topic review section next to each post that would add the post as a quote to the message window....
If I'm not clear above, I could edit screenshots to show exactly what I'm suggesting... I'll start on those.
Edit: here is what the button might look like:
