Would I put a thread asking about a computer error I'm having that I'm seeking advice about in the Friendly Banter or in the Media Discussions section?

Most people put them in Friendly Banter. I don't see what it has to do with media, aside from the fact that you can watch movies/read books/etc with a computer.
