A Question of Character: How would you stat Johnny the Homicidal Maniac?

Not really a challenge so much as a question because I'm curious. How would you playgrounders stat old NNY from the Jhonen Vasquez comic? 3.X but lets say Pathfinder too, no reason to discriminate.

avenging executioner.

it's in complete scoundrel, check it out, disgusting things with knives to the extreme. stack with invisible blade if you don't mind the lame prereqs. daggers to the max
