I am making a new campaign and will be having the PC's discover several letters in a Kobold lair written in draconic. I was wondering if there is a translator somewhere that could take my prepared letter and change it to draconic script.

If theres ones for elven and dwarven and all sorts of other languages as well that would be amazing.

I use this site (http://draconic.twilightrealm.com/) personally.
For the words that aren't in it I often change it to a synonym that works.
If that doesn't work than you can email the creator and add the word to the site.

You could try something Skyrim / Oblivion-related.
I know there's a translator for Daedric out there, i've used it myself.

Daedric is fun - the words are 'english', but the characters are all alien :)

I don't know anything about the draconic language, but as for a script, you could try Tengwar. It's a script Tolkien came up with and was used for a few different languages, but commonly recognized as Elvish.
links to:
downloadable tengwar font packs (http://www.acondia.com/fonts/tengwar/index.html)
list of pdf guides to writing in tengwar (http://www.oocities.org/tengwar2001/pubs.htm)
The second link has some very thorough stuff made by people who know what they're doing. Tengwar is a really beautiful script. I recommend using a calligraphy pen if you handwrite it.
