What's up with this locked thread?

I'm wonder what with the "Creating a Lovecraftian Cultist Motive Speech" thread? I’m not finding it hard to see how a thread titled like that could break the forume rules, but it seems to be halfway between being locked and moved to another part of the site: I can click on it, it won't tell me I don't have permission to view the thread, but there are not posts visible, not even a "Scrubbed" one.
Also clicking on the posters name gives me "This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."
I'm just curious what’s unique about this locked thread, or did I catch the mods halfway through moving the thread?

Sheriff: It's locked because it glitched. It created a thread but no original post. The (attempted) thread starter asked for it to be closed.

For future reference, please don't start a thread asking why X was locked, moved, etc. If that was information we felt needed to be shared, we'd post an explanation at the end of the thread so that people could be informed.
