Does anyone know where I could acquire some of the Dragon Magazines, or the information contained wherein? I need most specifically, 313 for Half Minotaur. any others are, at this point, icing on the cake. (for the character I'm making lol)

Dragon Compendium (technically "Dragon Compendium, Volume 1", but there never was a volume 2) is a collection of a whole bunch of Dragon-only stuff in one book. Feats, classes, spells, etc. Dunno if Half-minotaur is in it, though.

Otherwise, trawl the internet. There's sure to be something floating out there.

I believe Paizo sells pdf files of Dragon Magazines published after a certain point (which includes 313).
