The Swashbuckler
http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii64/caseythepirate/Pirate%20Art/PirateWoman.jpg
This was made with a combination of materiel from the Swashbuckler base class from Complete Warrior and my own ideas. This Swashbuckler is an archetype for the Fighter class. It should be noted that under my house rules Fighters have 4 skill points per level and all knowledge skills, linguistics, diplomacy, stealth, sense motive, perception, and heal as class skills. For other campaigns lacking this house rule, the GM will have to decide how to handle Swashbuckler skills.

Weapon and Armor proficiency
A Swashbuckler is proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with light armor. A Swashbuckler is proficient with bucklers but no other shields. A Swashbuckler who carries a shield larger than a buckler or wears medium or heavy armor loses some class abilities.
Skills
A Swashbucker adds Acrobatics to her class skill list.
Save Progression
A Swashbuckler gets a high (2-12) reflex save progression instead of a low (0-6) reflex save progression. A Swashbucker gets a low fortitude save progression instead of a high fortitude save progression.
Weapon Finesse
A Swashbuckler gains Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat at first level, even if she does not meet the prerequisites. This replaces the Fighter's first level bonus feat.
Precision
Starting at 1st level, a Swashbuckler may add her dexterity modifier to damage rolls instead of her strength modifier when wielding a finessable weapon. This ability does not replace anything. A Swashbuckler loses this ability if she wears armor heavier than light, carries a shield heavier than a buckler, or carries a medium or heavy load.
Duel
Starting at 3rd level, a Swashbuckler may focus on a single opponent in melee. She designates a single opponent and gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC against melee attacks from that opponent. At levels 7, 11, 15, and 19 this bonus increases by +1. This ability replaces armor training 1 through 4 and armor mastery. A Swashbuckler loses this ability if she wears armor heavier than light, carries a shield heavier than a buckler, or carries a medium or heavy load.
Parry
Starting at 5th level, when the opponent designated with Duel rolls a melee attack against a Swashbuckler, the Swashbuckler may roll a melee attack of her own. She adds her Duel bonus to this attack. If she rolls higher than her opponent, the attack is negated. The Swashbuckler loses the attack at her highest BAB on her next turn if she full attacks. If she does not full attack, she may make either a move action or a standard action, but not both. This ability must be used before the result of the opponent's attack roll is announced. The Parry ability may only be used once per round. This ability replaces weapon mastery 1. A Swashbuckler loses this ability if she wears armor heavier than light, carries a shield heavier than a buckler, or carries a medium or heavy load, and must be wielding a finesseable weapon to use this ability.
Acrobatic Charge
Starting at 9th level, a Swashbuckler may charge over difficult terrain or make a charge that requires Acrobatics checks. This includes jumping, tumbling, rope swinging, and similar things as part of the charge. This ability replaces weapon mastery 2. A Swashbuckler loses this ability if she wears armor heavier than light, carries a shield heavier than a buckler, or carries a medium or heavy load.
Maneuver Mastery
Starting at 13th level a Swashbuckler may use Parry against trip, sunder, and disarm attempts, rolling CMB instead of an attack roll (she adds her Duel bonus to CMB when doing this), adds her Duel bonus to her CMD against trip, sunder, and disarm attempts, and may add her dexterity instead of her strength to CMB for trip, sunder, and disarm attempts. This ability replaces weapon mastery 3.
Riposte
Starting at 17th level, a Swashbuckler who succeeds on the opposed attack roll with Parry may make an attack of opportunity against her opponent. This ability replaces weapon mastery 4.
Parry Mastery
At 20th level a Swashbuckler does not lost an attack or action on her next turn when using Parry. This ability replaces weapon mastery.
