OK, my Google-fu is failing me, and hard. I could swear that somewhere on the WotC website was a spell (or several spells?) designed to be cast on your familiar, like Augment Familiar, but I think they were permanent. I vaguely recall something about elements being involved, but that might or might not be useful information. For the life of me, I can't find this damn thing. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and if so, can you help me find it?

UPDATE: Found what I was looking for. It's not nearly as useful as I had hoped. (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20011109a)
