Are all Enhancement bonus's in pathfinder magic? If not which ones are is does Magic Fang still make your natural attacks magical for overcoming DR? Can anyone provide an official source?

If it comes from a spell, it's pretty clearly magical.

Well, a masterwork weapon has a +1 enhancement bonus to accuracy, but it is not magic. However, if the weapon is enchanted, or has a spell on it, it is magic.

From the section on DR
"Damage reduction may be overcome by special materials, magic weapons (any weapon with a +1 or higher enhancement bonus, not counting the enhancement from masterwork quality), certain types of weapons (such as slashing or bludgeoning), and weapons imbued with an alignment."
If a spell grants the weapon a +1 or higher enhancement bonus, it will pierce DR/magic. Magic fang says "Magic fang gives one natural weapon or unarmed strike of the subject a +1 enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls." Ergo, it will allow it to overcome DR/magic.
