I'm putting my other projects on hold for a while so I can attempt to create a Monster HUnter (as in the games) based D and D system. I'm going to attempt to categorize every monsters (including humanoids) different body parts under different classes of quality, in order (lowest to highest) I3, I2, I1, H3, H2, H1, G3, G2, G1, F3, F2, F1, E3, E2, E1, D3, D2, D1, C3, C2, C1, B3, B2, B1, A3, A2, A1, S3, S2, S1, and U (unkown). with, for example, juman flesh being ranked I1.
I'm going to go through each monster in Monster Manual 1 in alphabetical order, then Monster Manual 2, and so on. I'll also take requests. In between, I'll attempt to make a class (it'll be similar to ranger, but without spells and more combat styles for the different MH weapons) I'll also make stats for the mosnter hunter creatures. I'lle also be using a more advanced version of the peicemeal armor system, which will appear in my next post

Wyvern (the monster)

I'm going to attempt to make a class for each monster hunter weapon. They'lle each be slightly different, able to use different weapon combops, but all able to forge equipment using the bodies of monsters (dead monsters, not live ones, that would be some sort of Vile Darkness Prestige class). The advanced weapons (longsword, dualsword, hunting horn, gunlance) will all have their own ten level prestige classes and the bowgun, which I consider to be more advanced then a bow will, since theres three kinds, will have a three level prestige class for each, and a five level bowgun master prestige class. I'll also provide a monster runner prstige class for those who wish to go against the hunters on the side of the monsters.

Hunters
Fullblade Hunter

http://images.wikia.com/monsterhunter/images/c/c6/GSuser.png"My sword is bigger than your fangs puny wyvern!" (Leila, a Fullblade hunter facing off with a wyvern)
Fullbladers aren't the strongest among the hunters, but theyre reknowned for being the fiercest. Once a fullblader begins to fight she or he will never give up. They''ll keep on fighting until either they can't fight any more, or their foe is defeated. That is the way of the fullblade hunter.

Spiritblade Knight prestige class
http://images.wikia.com/monsterhunter/images/5/54/Tachi.png "You haven't the spirit of the warrior inside you. That is why you fail." (Shin, a Spiritblade Knight about to finish off another challenger) Spiritbladers, even with their massive weapons, are one of the fastest of the hunter archetypes (without armor). After training as a fullblade hunter, they traded in their massive greatswords for a long and slim katana, training in a monastary to become; a spiritblade knight. The greatest of the spiritblades all say that their power comes from the spirit of the warrior. While outsiders aren't allowed to learn these secrets, I gather that it's some kind of code of honour, that, if obeyed, grants almost mystical power. That is the way of the spiritblade knight.
Guard Hunter

Guard hunters, also known as guardians, are the most common of all hunter archetypes. They specialize in solid, if slow, defense and rapid, if slightly weak, offense. They are the boldest of the hunters, charging at an enemy far stornger than they are, fighting for the victory of the group. That is the way of the guard hunter.

You'll want to spoiler that image (and possibly others) as it is stretching the page out terribly. Also, that appears to be a Wyvern-the-monster, not Wyvern-the-weapon.

Aboleth
Piece Toughness Average: 10 hp
Helm Usable Pieces: flesh, makes Slime Helmet (Slime (Ex) as aboleth ability, +1 armor bonus, requires steel)
Torso Usable Pieces: flesh, makes Slime Helmet (Slime (Ex) as aboleth ability, +3 armor bonus, requires steel)
Arm Usable Pieces: none
Hand Usable Pieces: fin, makes Finned Gloves (+2 to Swim checks, -2 to Dexterity based skills and rolls, requires leather)
Waist Usable Pieces: none
Leg Usable Pieces: none
Foot Usable Pieces: fin, makes Finned Boots (+1 to Swim checks)
Cloak Usable Pieces: fins, makes Cloak of Slime (Slime (Ex) as aboleth ability, +1 armor bonus to AC, can be enchanted, requires light armor proficiency, requires leather)
Weapon Usable Pieces: tentacles, makes Slime Whip (Slime (Ex), as aboleth ability, 1d6 lethal bludgeoning damage, requires whip proficiency, requires leather)
List of Different Parts: flesh (1 point of armor, slime), 10 on body, fin (0.33 points armor, slime), 3 on body, tentacles (1d6, slime), 4 on body
My system of armor points is equal to splitting the creatures natural armor bonus into the number of defensive parts. I include Helms, Torso Pieces, Arm and Leg Peices, as well as Cloak Pieces defensive parts, Hand, Foot and Waist Pieces as Utility Parts and anything that works as a weapon as Offensive Parts. some items conatin Ex, Su, and Sp abilities, but most don't on less if the monster's page says that it covers the entire body.

I'll continue this eventually, but for now I'll do it off the site.
