What exactly happens when your temporary HP reach 0?
It says your Eidolon is send back to its home plane (When these hit points reach 0, the Eidolon is sent back to its home plane), but nothing does indicate that it dies:
A summoned creature also goes away if it is killed or if its hit points drop to 0 or lower, but it is not really dead.
The bold part does indicate that being dismissed at 0 is not the same as "being killed" for a summoned monster and there is actually no reason i can see for it to be.
With a normal Eidolon that is not a problem, since it is only send back when it is "reduced to a number of negative hit points equal to or greater than their Constitution score", which also gives it the dead condition (the moment it is send back and then not dead again, but that doesn't matter, it got slain and then send back).
When summoned in this way, the Eidolon hit points are unchanged from the last time it was dismissed or banished. The only exception to this is if the Eidolon was slain, in which case it returns with half its normal hit points.
So, if I understand that correctly, the Eidolon now is send back to it's home plane and not killed, meaning it gets resummoned with 0 HP (since it is summoned with exactly the same HP as when it was send away) and instantly send away again, making it impossible to summon it (without the help of Purified Calling, which can't be intended).
