I've been playing a totemist for a while now, and I absolutely love them with all my heart, but one thing that has always held me back was the multi attack system, the problem is that I don't get them at all, and I really want to understand how to make my totemist, and every character I make from now on better.
The Main things that confuse me are:

Girrilon arms (Totem bind),
the difference between bite, claw, and natural attacks,
Blood talons (Totem bind)

Something that would help me greatly are explainations of the terms "Pouncer" "Charger" and whatever else you would think would be helpful for myself.

All help is appreciated

First, have you read these two?

Yeah I have, I wouldn't be asking if I haven't read those, and those are minor questions compared to the others.

A Charger is a character who has invested much energy at being quite competent at the Charge action, which is an action in combat that lets them close with enemies at up to double their speed, generally in a straight line, and make an attack, all as a standard action. A Pouncer is a subset of a charger that has found some way to have the Pounce ability, to be able to make multiple attacks (like a full attack) on a Charge.

Check Solo's guide to Natural Attacks (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=10994.0).

Basically, when you make an attack as part of a charge or as a standard action, you pick one weapon, natural or not and make an attack with it.

When you make a full attack, then you make one attack with each natural weapon you have plus a number of attacks based on your Base Attack Bonus with a manufactured weapon. You can't make more than one set of attacks with one limb; you can't attack with a longsword in one hand and make claw attacks with that hand too.

You only get one attack per natural attack.
