Avatars do not equal aspects.

@OP: Several of the core Deities have aspects that were stated out in the Miniatures Handbook, and several that weren't given stats in that book were given proper stats when WotC printed the fig for that deity. Some of the deities (Bahamut and Tiamat in particular) have stats in several books (RotD and Dragon Magic), while several demonic entities have stats in either Expedition to Demonweb Pits or in one of the Web Enhancements for the Fiendish Codexes.

However not all of the deities have stated aspects, so you may have to homebrew. Additionally, several aspects are little better than basic outsiders as far as interesting abilities go (the Aspect of Kord, for example, is little better than a Barbarian).

Avatars do not equal aspects.
I'm pretty sure that's what the OP meant, because deities don't have aspects, they have avatars. Or rather an avatar is a gods aspect, but more powerful and with divine ranks. I see that there are aspects of gods in Miniatures Handbook, but they're useless. Either way, I think the OP meant avatar.
