Alright Ladies and Gents of the Homebrew community, I've searched high and low just cannot find what I'm looking for. So I thought I'd come to the source.

I've seen some amazingly well written and thought out Epic Destinies. I've seen them for spellcasters, for skillmonkies, for crafters...all but the one I'm trying to find.

Where are the Tome of Battle Epic Destinies? Have any been made, and I'm just not seeing them? I've found Epic feats, Epic Progressions, and a whole slew of new disciplines (Amazing work guys!) but no Epic Destiny. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Aren't Epic Destinies exclusive to 4th edition? The Tome of Battle is a 3.5e book.

Nope. (http://lonelygm.blogspot.com/2011/02/epic-destinies-for-d-35pathfinder.html)

You trade your 4 epic level-up feats for thematic abilities. Check out The Demented One's 3.5 homebrew, he did loads of them.

@OP: Sorry, can't help you. I suck at epic level melee-ers so I've never needed to use one for ToB.

I mean, don't get me wrong. There are some amazing melee Epic Destinies. But when there are destinies out there for every flavor of caster, why not one (or three) for ToB?

But then you couldn't pack in more epic TOB feats!

I have nothing as far as epic destinies go...

The only folks I can think of who really wrote Epic Destinies were the Demented One and Krimm Blackleaf. If none of theirs are TOB related, you're probably out of luck.

Dang. Yeah, theirs are amazing really. Just none of them did ToB. I wonder if the Libram of Battle has any.

Edit: Hey bob, i wrote up a review of your shield class. Looks like an amazing class I'm contemplating on whether or not to add it to a build I'm working on!

So nobody has heard of an Epic Destiny for Tome of Battle? Poo. I wonder if there's a request thread somewhere.

Brol, why don't you try brewing one yourself?

The Demented One made an epic discipline called Invincible Sword Princess (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134459). Maybe you could crib stuff off of that?

That's pretty crazy. I had never seen his Epic Discipline since it's not part of his signature. Would love to see the others if any were made though. The Xp costs are pretty prohibitive though.

Brew them myself you say? I wouldn't even know where to begin.

AFAIK, that was the only one made along those lines.

With regards to Epic Destinies, I think there's a copy of the original article floating around on the forums which also contained some guidelines in creating your own Epic Destiny.

Yeah, I'm seeing that. Well, I've put up a thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=12619569#post12619569) as a sort of idea brewing pot in what a ToB Epic Destiny would look like. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the abilities would be like. There are so many good Epic Feats that have been made for it, I'd hesitate to just make abilities that replicate those.

There are a couple others floating around, notably some of the work Strawberryman did for Touhou homebrew included the Havoc Raven Epic Destiny (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=166822), which works really well for Epic Warlocks and the support they got from WotC. No epic ToB beyond Invincible Sword Princess and the epic ToB content Krimm made, though.

If there's any ToB epic destinies, you'd probably want to check the Age of Warriors thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7451151&postcount=6), which includes these highlights: Epic ToB Progressions (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95516), Epic Discipline feats (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95435) and more of them (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=122190) and an epic artifact (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=110561). So you have some stuff to draw upon, certainly.

Here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=197033) are a couple more epic destinies though they're practically tied to the associated PrC.

I suggest taking a look at the Chained-Devil Defiant and the Jadewind Blademaster since they, as well as their respective Epic Destinies, are the ToB-centric ones.

I'm liking the Jadewind stuff. Perfect balance of adding ToB to an Epic Destiny without it just emulating a bunch of the Epic stuff that's already out there. It's a good starting point for making more.
