what happens when a druid casts Bite of the wererat on herself and then changes into a fleshraker?

+6 to dex
+2 to con

these will probably transport to the raker, but will

+3 natural armor (coming to 26 ac)

do, to?

and even more interesting:

will the additional attack transport?

The gaining a bite attack you mean? I would rule that the better damage/crit range would apply, but I wouldn't give the druid a second mouth or anything, but that's... just RAI. Don't think there's any RAW on the subject of what happens when you already have a bite attack and cast such a spell that gives a bite attack.

Might be FAQ, and I imagine it's along the lines of what I said.

Everything else should just apply to the new form.

Most things that grant natural weapons explicitly specify that if you already have that kind of natural weapon, you use whichever one is better. I'd say that's a reasonable interpretation here, too.

I take it then that the rest indeed does stack and is not lost in the process of wildshaping?

An enhancement bonus to natural armor will stack with the natural armor bonus of the Fleshraker.

As long as they aren't the same bonus type, yes.
