Is there a swift-action spell that lights something on fire?

I'm working on an archer (Mystic Ranger+Arcane Order) with a little bit of wizard; I'm trying to figure out a way to create a flaming arrow as a swift action, fire it long range as a standard action, then cast Pyrotechnics the next round.

If you've got the materials set up in advance, arguably Prestigitation is all you should need to create a spark.
