Are they printed anywhere? I'm interested in playing a venerable Half-Celestial for a campaign I'm in.

I don't think templates have age categories.

Always figured it would be the same as base creature.
So a half-celestial elf would have the same lifetime as a regular elf ~700 years or whatever. Human would be 80 odd years. Etcetera.

Yeah, but when you get a half-half-Orc half-Dragon, his lifespan shouldn't be that same as a normal half-Orc.

Races of dragons does say that half-dragon extends your lifespan considerably.

Doesn't Half-celestial make you an outsider and therefore ageless?

I'm pretty sure that's only [Extraplanar] that makes you ageless.

extraplaner is not even a normal subtype. You get it or lose it depending on which plane you happen to be on and whether it is the same as your home plane.

Does it? I never noticed. What's the change?

"A dragon’s life span is truly remarkable—it can live a millennium
or longer, and even at the end of its life transform
into a permanent part of the land or become ascendant
and immortal. Half-dragons usually share the heritage of
a less long-lived race and so might endure no more than a
few centuries. Still, they are granted far more time than
most, and those born of a dragon–elf union can challenge
ancient wyrms for longevity."

So nothing definitive.

Ah. Oh well, at least it's something.

Do celestial creatures usually live for a certain amount of time?

So...Quadruple?

I think this is a campaign world/DM-specific question, so you'd be best just discussing it with the DM.
One alternative (which probably isn't very useful to you) is that it's unpredictable, it effects every mixed-breed individual differently. One human/celestial might get their longevity more from the celestial parent's side, and have a lifespan comparable to an elf's. Another might take more from the human side, and make it to no more than 200 years.

If all you care about is being venerable, can't you just say "I am a venerable half-celestial, whatever age that happens to be"? Unless you are afraid of dying of old age, or the precise age is important for the campaign, it should be good enough.

Unless he wants to go the old "doesn't know just how old they are thanks to memory loss/time travel/whatever" route, knowing something simple like how many years he can remember living is probably something worth knowing for roleplay purposes.
