The Distillery

A while back on either these forums or the WOTC forums, there was a discussion from the BoVD and liquid pain. I found a post that someone had made called the Distillery where it was basically a liquid pain farm in the lower hells or other apprpriate location. Has anyone here seen the same thing or know where it might be located, google searching has been fruitless in this for me :(

Closest I found was this discussion about reducing crafting costs/regenerating xp. (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=7274.0) They mention using "free hospitals" as a pain-farm.

I found it, it is so epic. basically a city that is made simply to power machines to provide doses of agony, about 200 machines running every day all year, bring in about 14 million gp a year. Thats not bad...
