So I'm looking for information for a setting I'm building up, but I don't have a good way of setting prices for anything in the setting. For example, if I want to know what the cost of a blanket is in Victorian England, is it just a few pence, a shilling? Is it worth a pound or a guinea? I am completely lost. If you have any resources around that might help, they would be much appreciated.

There is a Call of Cthulhu sourcebook called "Cthulhu by Gaslight - the 1890's sourcebook".
It is very detailed and it's focused on the role-playing aspect (i.e. information that can interest GM and players, nothing more, nothing less), so I suggest you check it out.

P.S.: just with a quick look, I managed to find a "cost of living" table on page 38.

Excellent. I think I've figured it out. Thank you very much.

GURPS Steampunk should also have that information -- another good sourcebook for the Victorian era.

Not really about wages, but might still be helpful

Gurps has also some book (can't remember the name, sorry) about Victorian horror, which has all kind of costs and expences - like price for living a monht in a certain class/style.

I was actually just going to mention that, at least the old edition of GURPS Horror has a good chapter of Victorian England, with a nice table with costs and stuff.
