Magus, Witch, Inquisitor, etc= tiers?

So PF has brought in several new classes, what is the consensus on the Tiers for these?

Witch 2?
Inquisitor 3?
Alchemist 3?
Magus 3?
Cavalier 5?
Oracle 1?
Summoner 2?

Pretty sure all the 2/3rds casters are Tier 3, with the Summoner maybe hitting Tier 2 with smart summon use.

I've heard Witch is 1, but I wouldn't know.

Witch is Tier 1 -- full caster, no limit on spells known. The spell list isn't as comprehensive as sorc/wizard, but they can still create their own demiplanes, astral project, etc.

They are much more effective against things that can be affected by mind affecting however. Not useless mind, but much more effective.
Still, their spells can do things that even a wizard can not, like use the cure line as well as heal and various flavours of raising the dead.

How does Oracle make Tier 2, if you don't mind my asking?

It’s a divine Sorc, more or less. I can see it either 1 or 2. Full spell lists, 9th level spells, etc.

Oracle seems like a clear tier 2 to me. It is sorcerer-like, but its spell list isn't as good and can't use metamagic.

No, I don't see any reason that Witch would be Tier 2 instead of Tier 1. It has the defining traits of Tier 1s that come from having prepared casting off of a powerful and versatile spell list.

For the record, I highly enjoy Witch as a class that can remain "subtle", using the Fortune/Evil Eye/Cackle combos to debuff and buff the party, using Hedge Witch to convert spells to healing at the end of combats when the coast is clear.

Then when the fan gets knocked off its perch by a load of steaming matter that was once nutrition, you whip out the Sleep hex, and reveal that those spells you've been healing the party with were prepared as battlefield control to buy time, massive buffs to set the stage, and save-or-sucks to unleash aside your newly encouraged teammates.

Oh, and you're Cackling evilly this entire time, so all those buffs/debuffs from before are still on their old targets.

Yes they can use metamagic.

And also, they have the same human racial favored class alternative than the sorcerer, so for the people that consider the human sorc to be tier 1, the human oracle should be as well.
