[PF] 0th lvl spells and Spellslinger Wizard question.

Can a Spellslinger Achetyped Wizard cast 0th lvl spells? It says he loses the Cantrips feature, but does that automatically mean I can never cast the spells Light or Flare unless by scroll?

And if I gain access to 0th lvl spells by other means (Human favored class feature or coming across scrolls), Can I cast those spells infinitely, or is there some limiter I'm not aware of?

By a strict rules reading, it seems that a Spellslinger would get 0th level spell slots, but spells cast from them are expended. But the intent seems to be that a Spellslinger lose 0th level spell slots entirely.
