PF Cleric Domain powers question

Just a quick question, Domains powers that depends on level in pathfinder gets better if the cleric takes a level in another class or prestige class?, im trying to make a Cleric Sovering Speaker and taking all elemental domains, but i dont know if the powers(for example Fire resistance in Fire domain) gets stuck at my cleric level or my PrC levels can be included.

Only Cleric levels count.
Only if something specifically says it stacks with Cleric does it stack.

Inquisitor (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/inquisitor) stacks with Cleric levels, but you don't get Bonus Spells from stacking.

And the Theologian (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/archetypes/paizo---cleric-archetypes/theologian) archetype for the Cleric only gets 1 Domain, but you count as +2 levels for its effects.
