Hi all -- I've come to setting threads because I've scoured the wilds of Google until I'm sure I'm getting entries on the "bizarre search requests" website, and without much luck.

I'm looking for a nice, colour tactical map built with cartography software like Dundjinni which depicts the main gate of a walled city plus the first few buildings within the wall. Has anyone seen anything that might fit the bill? I have MapTools, so it doesn't have to be an uberlarge map that you can print out and play on -- just a decent size and detail so I can zoom out on it, in a jpeg format or something similar. Doesn't need to have a grid or anything.

I know the more "pay my dues" activity would be to go and get Dundjinni and build it myself, but I'm terrible with the software and I'm hoping to find something without having to go to all that lost time and effort if there's someone suitably kind out there who could help me out...

Please?

I don't have the time to go digging through quite everything but check out:

http://www.cartographersguild.com/ and http://gallery.rptools.net/v/contrib/?g2_page=1

Lots of stuff there. I've got a folder with a lot of the goodies I've found there. Most of the stuff is easily convertible to MapTool, if not already formatted for it.

National Geographic has amazing maps.

Here's an example:

That map is Glorious! That makes me want to run a Jerusalem based campaign now.

It is a pretty map, albeit not what I was looking for.

Never mind. As a matter of manners, I did manage to find a map with what I want, and it was partially with the help of people here, so, thanks very much guys!
